We mainly adopt three mature production processes for segmented silicone wristbands, all of which are widely used in the industry and can fully meet the requirements of color definition and product durability:

1. One-time vulcanization with multi-color mold (for mass production)

This is our core process for large orders. The mold is designed with independent sealed cavities separated by precision rubber barriers, and different colored unvulcanized silicone is injected into the corresponding cavities by a multi-color injection machine. The rubber barriers physically isolate the silicone of different colors, and the high-temperature vulcanization forms a clear color boundary without any mixing.

2. Manual rubber filling with segmented vulcanization (for small custom orders)

For small-batch customized orders, we use high-temperature resistant barriers to divide the mold into color zones manually, then fill the colored silicone into the designated zones with precise manual operation. The initial low fluidity of unvulcanized silicone and physical isolation ensure no color bleeding during vulcanization.

3. Secondary vulcanization splicing (for high-precision/irregular segmentation)

For wristbands with more than 4 color segments or irregular segmented shapes, we first vulcanize each color segment into an independent solid silicone part, then splice all parts in a positioning mold and perform low-temperature secondary vulcanization. The solid silicone has no fluidity at this stage, which fundamentally eliminates the risk of color mixing and ensures the highest precision of segmentation.

In addition, we have strict quality control for all segmented wristbands: the color boundaries are smooth with no flash or overflow, the segmentation position of products in the same batch is highly consistent (deviation ≤0.2mm), and all finished products will pass a 500-time folding test to ensure no cracking or color fading at the splicing positions.
