What is the Sample Process for Silicone Products?

Sample Requirements:

Our company will confirm the product demand information provided by the customer first. Customers provide samples, drawings, detailed parameters or design ideas for our sales, and our company will convert them into the company's internal "Sample Requirement Sheet". Later we will start to design and test the new molds and produce your samples.

Sample Cost:

According to the customer's order details, our company can provide paid samples or free samples. Paid sample is to charge the customer a sample cost in advance.

After the customer places an order and reaches a certain quantity, the sample cost will be returned to the customer. The refund can be directly deducted from the payment, or paid in cash or transfer to customers. 

When the customer's market is highly matched with our product, or the order quantity is extremely large, our company can make a free sample.

Sample Time:

The average delivery time of our company's regular samples is 15-20 working days, and the average delivery time of samples with complicated requirements is 20-30 working days. The time will be confirmed by our sales and engineers after getting all the details of customer’s sample requirements.

Sample Confirmation:

After our company's sample production is completed, we will send a sample with a confirmation letter to the customer for confirmation. The sample and confirmation letter will be made in 3 copies. Our customer will keep one copy, our company's production team will keep one copy and the quality control team will keep one copy. Bulk production will be carried out according to the confirmed samples and this confirmation letter.

Sample Storage:

Our company will set up serial numbers for all customers' samples and effectively store them. If the product changes, our company will synchronize the changes to the samples and corresponding information after confirming with the customer, in order to maintain their sample’s timeliness and effectiveness.
